There are over 650 names from Cranleigh in the Surrey Monumental Inscriptions Index. They were compiled by Robert Mesley in 2003 from a collection lodged with the Cranleigh History Society

Part of Cranleigh Parish was merged into the new parish of Holmbury St Mary in 1878.

There are also a civic cemetery and BaptistRoman Catholic and Methodist churches in Cranleigh, there was also an Evangelical Free church and a Plymouth Bretheran Meeting house both of which have now closed.
